Firmus operates as a dual-service provider:
2.1. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account access with others. Firmus reserves the right to terminate accounts that demonstrate suspicious login activity (e.g., multiple IP addresses).
2.2. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos, workbooks, and macros, are the exclusive property of Firmus.
2.3. Payments & Refunds: Course fees must be paid in full prior to granting access. Due to the digital nature of our content, fees are non-refundable once access to the Learning Management System (LMS) has been granted.
3.1. Scope of Work: Specific deliverables for consulting projects (e.g., VBA automation tools, HR handbooks) will be defined in a separate proposal or contract.
3.2. Confidentiality: We respect your business data. Firmus agrees not to disclose any sensitive operational data or trade secrets shared with us during the consulting process.
3.3. Liability: While we test our automation tools rigorously, Firmus is not liable for any data loss or operational interruptions resulting from the use of our custom macros or spreadsheets. Clients are advised to maintain backups of their data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.
