Sanju is a seasoned operational leader with a dual focus on technical precision and business strategy. Currently serving as the Group Manager for MIS, IT, and Support Services, he oversees the operational backbones of multiple leading entities.

With a background deeply rooted in Management Information Systems (MIS), he recognized a gap in the market: professionals knew how to use Excel, but they didn't know how to use it to drive business results.

He founded Firmus Lk to solve this. Whether it is teaching a student the logic behind advanced VBA automation or assisting a company in drafting airtight HR agreements, Sanju brings corporate-level rigor to every project.
